Since 2015, I have focused that energy on Lake Oconee, having owned and enhanced four properties within our community. As the founder of APG Technology, I lead Al and automation initiatives for high-stakes industries, including healthcare and banking. I am a certified expert facilitator, a role centered on bridging gaps, gaining consensus, and guiding individuals toward their desired goals. I bring this same consultative rigor to my real estate practice, acting as a solution-oriented advisor who thrives in complex environments. There are no gimmicks or games; my focus is on providing the high-level sophistication and knowledge required to navigate high-value transactions with absolute precision.

 

My commitment to the Lake Oconee community is deeply personal. Having known Riezl and Ted Baker since I first arrived at the lake in 2015, I chose to join Luxury Lake Oconee out of immense respect for the high-integrity, community-focused business they have built from the ground up. This drive for tangible results extends to my local service. During my tenure on the board of Festival Hall, I spearheaded the organization's first major fundraising efforts, successfully raising the capital required for significant facility improvements. Similarly, through my years of volunteering and sponsoring Greene County Habitat for Humanity's Showcase of Homes, I have helped raise the funds necessary to build or rehabilitate 22 homes in our region.
